Brandon Becker is the Founder of Silverwood Real Estate, a real estate investment, development & advisory firm focused on delivering thoughtfully designed and financially sound projects. With over eight years of experience in acquisitions, entitlements, and development across Los Angeles and other high-barrier markets, Brandon brings a sharp analytical mind and a hands-on leadership style to every project.

Prior to launching Silverwood Real Estate, Brandon served as Vice President of Acquisitions & Development at Allied Urban, where he led the sourcing and underwriting of more than 400 investment opportunities and managed over $400 million in active development across multifamily, mixed-use, office conversions, and self-storage. His responsibilities spanned the full project lifecycle—from financial modeling and capital raising to entitlements, design and permitting to asset management.

Earlier in his career, Brandon held key roles at LaTerra Development, where he underwrote over 500 development sites and worked on the acquisition and financing of a development portfolio of over $1 billion. His deep experience navigating entitlements, financial structuring, and stakeholder engagement has made him a trusted partner to investors, lenders, and municipalities alike.

Brandon is a CFA Charterholder and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in Finance from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo. He is also a licensed real estate salesperson in California and Nevada.

Outside of real estate, Brandon is an avid mountain biker, spearfisherman, golfer, and wine enthusiast.
